And Mycroft certainly embodies that, too. Only his challenge, of course, is Sherlock.

How delightfully you express his feelings - the "bundle" of the baby Sherlock, the infant hardly able to pronounce his name but quick enough to walk and climb and to know which particular book he wants.

Fascinating snippets of Mycroft's studies, too, all interacting with Sherlock's deductions.

(I didn't know this series existed so I've bookmarked and will try to read the other parts very soon).

A lovely, lovely interlude in their lives.
